A ribbon-chopping ceremony will rejoice the start of a new overall health collaborative partnership and the opening of the 55th & Pulaski Wellbeing Collaborative, a comprehensive clinical care center in Chicago’s Gage Park and West Elsdon communities.
The collaborative, shaped with a $15 million Health care Transformation Collaboratives award from the Illinois Office of Healthcare and Loved ones Products and services, is the to start with of 8 inaugural condition-funded tasks to operationalize. It provides collectively several partners to provide specialty care and superior diagnostic, mental health and fitness and women’s wellness services to the city’s Southwest Facet.

The University of Illinois Chicago bought and began renovating a former medical facility in September of last 12 months.
